SALON POLICIES
cancelations/ rescheduling
It is required to give 72-hour notice for penalty free cancellation, and resceduling of appointments. Clients can cancel appointments by email at ritualhairloft@gmail.com. Clients cancelling appointments with less than 72-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE. You must contact Amy at ritualhairloft@gmail.com to reschedule. $50 rescheduling fee may be applied if rescheduling within 72 hours of appointment.
No shows
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the FULL 100% AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE PRICE. Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
Late Arrivals
I ask that clients call or text the salon (312) 775-2023, and notify if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and will be charged 100% price of services. Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.
Re-scheduling fee
A $50 fee may apply to rescheduling in the 48 hour window of appointment, and if a appointment is moved more than twice, a $50 rescheduling fee will be collected prior to re-booking the appointment.
Service Re-Do Policy
I strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 3 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color & a fee will be applied as necessary. This is only for minor touch ups, not changed minds. Full service price applies after one week.
